Celebrities have an image to maintain. Sometimes they act like gods and other times we treat them as such. However, they are only human and it probably takes them a few minutes to recognize their stupidity or maybe it took someone to call them out on their actions; a manager, publicist, friend or even a fan or officers of the law in some instances.

Everyone is guilty of posting things accidentally. But we are not that popular for anyone to care about what we post or to take a screenshot of it and then redistribute it on social media. These celebrities tried to get away with it but they were not too successful in their attempts as thousands of fans that follow them are always one step ahead of them. Even if they choose to delete the picture within a few seconds, chances are that fans would have seen it; thought “Oh my god”, took a screenshot of it and forwarded it to their friends. Celebrity pictures spread just like gossip and eventually it makes the news.

Nonetheless, it reminds us mere mortals that they too make mistakes so we are able to sympathize with them and get a few laughs in at the same time. #SorryNotSorry

15. Kylie Jenner

Whilst you may see her name appearing here again, the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner children posted this on her Instagram account and deleted it not long after. She scored tens of thousands of likes but at least she had the gall to tag her brother Rob Kardashian in it. Maybe momager, Kris got involved and convinced her to delete the picture. This was probably during a time when there was family drama. Remember that time when Rob isolated the entire clan and was avoiding them? That was a big issue on Keeping up with the Kardashians. Then there was the whole drama with Kylie dating her brother’s finance’s baby’s daddy. Nonetheless, it seemed that at the time, maybe a bridge was built and the issues were resolved.

14. Chris Brown

Ever since that incident with RiRi, Chris was off everyone’s radar. Then he sort of got back on it when it was announced that he had a daughter Royalty. They sympathized with him only a little because of course we all remembered what happened with Rihanna. Chris posted a picture of a new tattoo he got on the back of his head. If you’re speculating whether or not the tattoo is real, it is. This was not the only picture of the tattoo. But he deleted the picture when fans started to roast him! Chris has been getting slammed for years; he should not have been surprised at the negative comments he received. Despite this though, his back tattoo of daughter Royalty received positive feedback.

13. Kourtney Kardashian

This was a throwback picture posted on Instagram and then subsequently deleted by the eldest Kardashian star of her and her two sisters by mum Kris and deceased dad Robert. Fans questioned why the picture was deleted and speculated that maybe Kim or Khloe had asked her to remove it. Maybe even momager Kris had asked her to remove it. Fans keep up with them so obviously the picture was copied long before she deleted it. The girls have changed and now have amazing bodies they can be proud of. Their bodies and their beauty define them. However, nothing was unflattering because it just showed how far they have come and how hard they worked (or even paid) for the bodies they have now.

12. Russell Brand

Russell Brand and ex-wife Katy Perry’s divorce maybe came as a shock. He posted this makeup-free picture of her when they were together and then deleted it. Why he deleted it, again; no one knows the motives behind these posts and then their subsequent removal. He probably thought that she looked beautiful, but to all women, makeup is their armor and without it they are vulnerable. The Fireworks singer probably had it out with him for posting such an intimate picture of her. Brand has since moved on from Perry and he’s in a relationship with Laura Gallacher and they have a daughter together. Perry had moved on to John Mayer but it seems now as she is focusing on her career and being a judge on American Idol in 2018.

11. Blac Chyna

The former stripper and reality show actress posted this throwback picture on her Instagram account. She did delete it a few minutes later. It is uncertain why she did it. It’s not like the picture is unflattering in anyway. She’s actually adorable. Maybe being around the Kardashians that long deflated her confidence. Though, that is highly unlikely as the mother of two is probably too busy keeping up with baby girl Dream and thinking of her next business venture. The rumour is that the reality show she had with baby daddy Rob Kardashian; Rob & Chyna is no longer on E! Schedule. But Chyna is a resourceful woman and having both Tyga and Rob Kardashian as baby daddies may have just set her up for a life with fame and publicity.

10. Adam Lind

No, he’s not the Major League Baseball player who plays for Washington Nationals. If you have ever watched the Teen Mom 2 series, you would have followed Adam’s relationship with his ex Chelsea. It was probably a good idea for him to delete the picture because apart from his alleged use of meth, he will score no brownie points with a judge for custody of his daughter. It wasn’t long after he posted this raunchy fully nude selfie that he deleted it. It is very hard to sympathize with a man posting a nude picture on Instagram and one who boasts about his use of drugs and has baby girls. Luckily for him, he saw the error of his ways and deleted the picture of himself. However, he’s a big boy and should know that nothing on the Internet is ever deleted.

9. Selena Gomez

Selena is a beautiful actress/singer/songwriter. The world sympathized with her when it was revealed that she had undergone a kidney transplant and her BFF was the one responsible for giving her the kidney. Some of us had no idea that the former Disney star suffered from lupus. Usually, she’s very conservative. No one knows why she posted this picture on Snapchat. Maybe having had a relationship with JB brought out her inner goddess and wild side. The picture was short lived though (a few seconds) but within a few minutes it had been distributed. Was it even intended for her fans or did she post it by mistake? Regardless of what her intentions were, someone took a screenshot and shared a picture of the star in her underwear for the world to see.

8. Kendall Jenner

Kendall, there are no words. Were we disappointed? Not really. The thing is Kendall has always been different from her sisters. The model and reality television star is usually very chill and covered unless she’s in a swimsuit. This picture was a bit shocking because it appears as though she was naked. It just appears so although she is mostly submerged. The photo could have been taken for a professional photo shoot because not many people can pull off that pose as effortlessly as she did. She deleted it soon after, so there was a lot of speculation that maybe she was actually naked in the pool. It could just be that she wanted to show the world a different side of her when she posted that but momager Kris promptly rebuked her for the post.

7. Joe Jonas

The night Joe Jonas posted this picture, he referred to Kayne and Zayn as being members of his squad. Yikes! Zayn maybe, Kayne no; Kayne is his own squad! So why did squad member Zayn fail to inform Joe that he was dating his ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid? That is  something he needs to know. The former One Direction group member upset the former Disney star so much that Joe deleted the picture when Zayn and Gigi’s relationship status became public. Despite the fallout, Zayn and Gigi are solid. Joe’s relationship status is uncertain. Kanye is not involved in all this drama but he’s married to Kim and they are expecting their third child by a surrogate. His Twitter is usually lit as he’s very radical. You should follow him.

6. The Weeknd

The Weeknd took a picture of Selena Gomez in profile and posted it on his Instagram account. It didn’t last long because the former Disney star probably didn’t want anyone to know about the relationship then. Whilst there had been speculation about the two, the fact that he posted the picture made it obvious to anyone who had seen it what was going on between them. Now that they have gone public, maybe he could consider reposting the picture. The rapper and singer came out officially earlier this year when they were spotted together on the red carpet. He is no Justin Bieber but he gets some credit for deleting the picture and respecting her wishes and being by her side throughout her illness. Cheers to the Weeknd.

5. Scott Disick

There are no words to describe the faux pas made by Scott Disick except that the world was probably very entertained by this post that he deleted. It seemed as if he copied and pasted an entire message full of instructions that he received without editing. We have long learned that Scott doesn’t care but at least he caught the error in time to delete it but not soon enough. What has the father of three been up to this past couple of months? It seems as though he has become somewhat irrelevant since his split from long time girlfriend and baby momma Kourtney. Maybe we should probably feel sorry for him with this post, but it’s hard to sympathize when we know it was not an early morning post.

4. Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber is no stranger to controversy and trouble. However, he felt a little bad about posting this picture of his bare behind! Yup, before he deleted this picture that he had up for a couple of days, he actually didn’t care about it until it embarrassed someone close to him. In hindsight, it probably wasn’t a wise decision to leave the picture up for that long. After all, a lot of Bieber’s fans probably have copies of it still on their phone and a few people were able to get their hands on it. Too bad he deleted his Instagram account for a bit but it’s back up now thankfully. He usually posts a lot of controversial pictures, provides eye candy and his captions provided a lot of entertainment. He is also on Twitter. #Belieber.

3. Vanessa Hudgens

It is one thing to commit a crime, but it is another thing to post evidence of said crime up on social media! The High School Musical sweetheart carved her and boyfriend Austin Butler’s names on a rock in Sedona for Valentine’s Day. Little did she know that it was illegal to do so as the Red Rock Area District was protected by Federal Law. She has long since deleted the post but it was a little too late and she was fined for the offense. Hopefully she’s wiser now and will think twice about carving her name in a public space. However, even if the photo didn’t exist, it is likely that someone would have stumbled across the damage and posted it online. How many Austin and Vanessa’s are out here? Either way, with a bit of luck Austin would have contributed his half of the fine.

2. Khloe Kardashian

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star posted this picture of her fabulous body on Instagram. She deleted it though when fans called her out for photoshopping the picture. If you look closely by the door, there’s a curve on it. Fans are savage but they also hate to be lied to and made a fool. If you’re going to photoshop a picture, do it well or hire a professional. The mom to be will have a lot of work to do to get her revenge body back. The world followed her and ex-husband Lamar Oden’s woes when the couple was trying to get pregnant throughout their marriage. She has made a lot of progress and hopefully baby daddy Tristan sticks by her. Koko of all people deserves a happily ever after, even if it is with her younger beau.

1. Amber Rose

Amber Rose is as savage as they come. She does not care. This picture was actually posted on her Instagram and she was naked from the waist down. Yup, her privates were actually displayed and she was proud of it. She posted it in honor of the ‘slut walk’ campaign she started in an attempt to promote awareness to victims of sexual abuse. The former stripper loves her body and is not ashamed to show it off. Instagram though, was not too happy with her post and deleted it soon after. It didn’t respect their policy or maybe one of the many enemies she has made over the years reported it. Amber was annoyed that the post was removed but it’s safe to say that a lot of people kept the photo before Instagram deleted it.
